How To Measure Your Bra Size

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you measure your bra size accurately from the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Measure Your Band Size 下胸围
Using a soft measuring tape, measure around your rib cage, just below your bust. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight.
📌 Tip: Breathe normally and keep the tape level all around your body.
✅ Record this number in centimeters — this is your underbust measurement (e.g. 73cm).
Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size 胸围
Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust — usually over the nipples.
📌 Keep the tape comfortably loose — you don’t want to squish the bust.
✅ This is your bust measurement (e.g. 85cm).
Step 3: Find Your Band Size
Use the chart below to find your band size based on your underbust measurement:

📌 Example: If your underbust is 73 cm, your band size is 34 (75).
Step 4: Calculate Your Cup Size
Now subtract your band size from your bust size:

Use the result to determine your cup size:
