Our main courier service provider is Citylink. Normally the shipment will take 1-3 days for West Malaysia, 5-10 days for East Malaysia, and 7-14 days for Singapore.

Backordered items will normally take 14-21 days to restock.

In your shopping cart, backordered items will be marked as “backorder”. Please double check if any of your items are under backorder before placing order.

预购商品补货通常会需要14-21天。

所有的预购商品会在购物车里被标记上“backorder”。请在下单时检查你的商品是否为预购商品，以避免不必要的等待时间。

We provide exchange service for all items except for the items on sale (including Sales Items, FB Sales Items, IG Sales Items), or stated otherwise.

You can request for exchange if you are not satisfied with the items you bought, or if you found that the items are with defect.

Rules for exchange

You can apply for exchange as long as:

1. The request is done within 7 days of receiving the items.
2. The tag is still attached to the clothing with original packaging.
3. The clothing is not yet washed and remain clean after trying.

Also, take note that following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sales items (including Sales Items, FB Sales Items, IG Sales Items)
• Items specifically stated that cannot be exchanged

Exchange fees

For any exchange of items, we will not impose extra charge on the item itself. However, please take note that the for exchange of size / color / design, postage fee is not included. You will have to pay for the shipment of exchanged items back and forth. 

Exchange procedure

To apply for exchange, simply message us to our Facebook / Instagram account, and we will proceed to guide you with the exchange process. You may need to provide evidence in terms of photos if you think that the items are with defect.

除了促销商品（Sales Items, FB Sales Items, IG Sales Items）以外，所有商品都能安排换尺码和换款服务。

如果你对收到的商品不满意，或是发现商品上有缺陷，你都可以要求商品替换。

商品替换规则

所有退换商品必须满足以下所有要求：

1. 若需要退换，必须在收到货的7天内联系客服。
2. 退换的衣服标签不能被剪开，包装保留完整。
3. 退换的衣服未被清洗，试穿时未被弄脏。

同时请注意，以下的商品将不支持退换

• 促销商品（Sales Items, FB Sales Items, IG Sales Items）
• 被我们特别标记为不可替换的商品

商品替换费用

商品替换时，我们将不会对替换的商品本身收取额外费用。不过请注意，当你要求替换款式、颜色、大小时，邮费需要额外补上。替换来回的邮费将需要由顾客承担。 

商品替换方法

如果需要替换商品，只需要到我们的Facebook或者Instagram联系我们的客服就可以了。如果你认为收到的商品有缺陷，我们可能会要求你提供该物品的照片作为证据。

Refund procedure is the same as exchange procedure. Please contact us through Facebook / Instagram to request for refund, and we will guide you for the following process.

All refund will be done in terms of store credit.

Option to pay by store credit is available to all logged in users.

Store credit can be used to buy any item in the store, and it is without minimum spending.

Top up

You can top up store credit in your account page, under the section “My wallet”. The minimum amount of top up is RM50, and the maximum is RM1000.

First Time Registration

When you register your account for the first time, you will get a RM10 store credit! Feel free to use it on any item you like 😊

Cashback

We are running cashback program storewide.

Each time you spend more than RM100 in a single order, you will be given 5% cashback, up to RM20 per order! The cashback will be top up straight to your store credit, automatically.

Usage

To pay by store credit, just choose the option pay by store credit when checking out. If you have enough credit, that’s all you need to do to place your order.

In case that your store credit is not enough to pay for the order in one go, you can choose to pay partially by store credit, and pay the remaining amount by any method you prefer just as normal.

所有登录网站购物的顾客将可以选择用现金劵付款。

所有店里的商品都可以使用现金劵支付，而且现金劵也没有最低消费限制。

充值

你可以随时在 我的账户 页面，“My wallet” 的部分 充值现金劵。充值的最低数额为RM50，而最高数额为RM1000。

当你首次注册账户之后，你将可以得到RM10的现金卷！欢迎你使用它来购买任何你喜欢的商品 😊

回扣

在我们的官网消费将可以获得回扣。

每当你在一个订单内消费至少RM100，你将可以获得5%的回扣，最多高达RM20！下单成功后，回扣将会立刻以现金劵的方式汇入你的账户。

现金劵使用

如果想要以现金劵付款，只需要在下单的最后一个步骤时选择现金劵付款（store credit）就可以了。如果你的现金劵余额充足，你将不需要任何额外操作。

如果你的现金劵余额不足，你也可以选择部分使用现金劵付款，而多出的数额你可以选择用你常用的付款方式还清。
